Premium Holidays is another extension of our Premier Ski and Snowboard services which allows people to book ski and snowboard trips to Austria.

Premium Holidays is designed with you in mind and we are able to create a holiday package for you and your group so you can get the most out of your skiing or snowboarding trip.

Whether you require lessons or would just like to tour around resort on your own, we can accommodate to your every need so you need not worry about paying for things that you do not need. At Premium Holidays we want to tailor your holiday to  your group personally, so you get exactly what you need from your holiday.

As we do not deal with flights, a Premier Ski & Snowboard Representative we will meet you at the airport to transfer you to your hotel in resort. When you book your flights all you need to do is inform us of your arrival time and we will take care of you from then on. The aiport is about 30 minutes transfer if you are flying in to Salzburg and 2 hours 30 from Munich.

There are many airports within the UK who deal with flights into Austria and Germany. Salzburg and Munich are but two airports which are close by, however if you do prefer the short trip then we recommend that you fly into Salzburg as there is one main road which links the airport into resort and within 30 minutes you can be in your hotel settling into your room and preparing for your ski or snowboard holiday.

Some of our customers prefer to drive from the UK into Salzburg by car to take in some of the scenery and attractions on the way take the 'Festung Hohensalzburg' or Salzburg Caslte for instance as shown in the picture. If you are travelling by car there are few things which need to be done before you leave:

• Booking the Ferry (we recommend Dover - Calais)
• OR EuroTunnel (Folkestone to Calais)
• Preparing your vehicle (information below)
• Planning your route

Booking your ferry or train across/underneath the channel is very easy and only takes a phone call to organise as long as you know when you wish to travel.

Preparing your vehicle is very important and it is worth noting that you do need to prepare your vehicle as there are certain  laws within Austria and Europe which slightly differ from our own. Some of the things you will need are listed below.

1. Snow chains
2. 2 Warning triangles if you breakdown
3. First aid kit
4. High visibility jackets (must be kept in the front of the vehicle).
5. Your photo and paper driving license
6. Head light deflectors (if you are driving in a right-handed drive vehicle).
7. European Road Tax
8. GB sticker if you are driving from Great Britain
9. Green Card (Insurance)
10. Fire Extinguisher

These items are not difficult or expensive to get hold of but things you will need especially if there is plenty of snow on the roads.

Planning your route can be tricky but that's why we are here to help you with all of the travel arrangements. If you are not sure about booking or planning your holiday then feel free to speak to us and we can help arrange all of the details to get there, however you wish to travel.

When you arrive in resort we will meet you at your hotel to welcome you and help you get settled in. We will provide you with a welcome meeting so that we can share with you all will need to now about your resort and how to find any places of interest or if in an emergency you know where to find doctors, hospitals and chemists etc. But all this will be explained at your welcome meeting and we will be there to answer any of your questions.
